Journalist and MSc in Nationalism and Ethnic Conflict.
I have been working in the non-profit sector for more than 13 years.
At LQS, a social impact consultancy firm, I contribute with my experience on project design, management, and evaluation.
Specialist in the areas of human rights and indigenous peoples and minorities rights in intersection with women, environment, and gender-based violence. With experience in organizational development since 2012, I have collaborated with different organizations worldwide and locally on four continents, with Spanish and English as my working languages.
After living in five different countries, I decided to return to my roots and move forward with this consultancy firm, convinced that things can be done differently. For this reason, in 2023, I received the ‘Projecta’t’ award from Diputació de Girona and, in 2021, the short story award from the International Civil Service (SCI) for ‘An uncomfortable reality’.
I combine LQS with managing Kemonïk NGO.
YOIKZA Z. ACOSTA ROLDÁN
Political scientist and Master’s in Public Policy.
At LQS, a social impact consultancy firm, I bring my experience in public management, citizen participation, social inclusion, and data analysis using econometric tools to enable quantitative informed decision-making.
I have worked for public entities in Colombia, at both national and subnational levels, as well as in the Congress of the Republic, in addition to non-profit organisations focusing on youth and childhood in rural Colombian areas.
I combine LQS with teaching and research projects on reconciliation, amongst other topics.
ROSER SOLÀ MORALES
Bachelor’s degree in Political and Information Sciences
and Master’s in Women, Gender, and Citizenship Studies
For over 10 years, I have been working in the non-profit sector, where I have coordinated a women’s information and support service and I have been working as an external consultant for public administrations, foundations, and univeristies.
At LQS, a social impact consultancy firm, I bring my experience in community engagement and participation as a project manager, along with in-depth knowledge of design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation tools of social and cooperation projects at local, European, and international levels. I specialise in applied intersectionality, diversity management, social inclusion, and gender policies.
